Booking Fee

Isla River Photography reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time for personal reasons and will transfer booking fees to an alternative date thats suitable for both client and photographer.

If a client is unable to attend a session then 72 hours notice must be given.

If there is availability to reschedule to a new date then the booking fee will be transferred to the new date. This transfer will only be allowed once. If rearranged session needs to be changed then Booking Fee is forfeited.

If 72 hours notice is not given then rescheduling is at photographers discretion and may result in loss of Booking Fee.

If a client wishes to cancel a session then Booking Fee is forfeited at all times.

Birthday Milestones Packages

If a cake was added to the package but the session is re-arranged, £25 (cost of cake) is forfeited from the booking fee and a further £25 will be added to the balancing payment.

Seasonal Packages including Christmas Packages.

Due to limited availability of sessions then changes will not be accommodated with initial booking fee forfeited at all times.

COVID

As of July 2021 any bookings made and secured with a booking fee that are unable to take place due to Covid restrictions of any kind, then all payments made will be offset against future packages.
